Fitness Boxing Classes

Fitness Boxing is a exciting and total body workout challenging you mentally and physically.

Focused on enhancing strength, stamina, and teaching self defense while also improving balance and coordination. The classes are designed for any one of any age or health status. Classes will consist of  a great cardio warmup followed by boxing basics and fundamentals such as footwork and proper punching technique. Once we put the gloves on we will learn different combinations, working on the punch mitts as well as learning defensive movements.
